Do need to be flexible & fit to acro?No you don't have to be flexible or fit to start. There are many people who start that have no fitness or yoga background. We work through foundational moves to make sure you stay safe while learning.

What's the difference between a Acro Session & Workshop?Workshops & classes are a great way to get to know people in the community while bases & flyers & spotters build skills together. Sessions focuses more on developing the individual's strengths and weaknesses. Also with an experienced base you are able to more on more skills & flows in a shorter period of time.

What is the Acro weight limit?There is no weight limit in Acro, during classes you have the option of being a base, flyer or spotter. As class progresses you and try out different options and do what you feel works best for you. Acro sessions, Mike has based a person that is 330lbs so he would be able help you find an acro flow that would make you successful
